Zilly Speed Test ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This App is designed as a utility tool and operates with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy.

2. Data Collection

• Personal Information: We do NOT collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• Location Data: Unlike many competitors, Zilly Speed Test does NOT request or access your GPS location.
• Network Data: During a test, the App temporarily identifies your Public IP address and ISP name to provide diagnostic info. This data is processed in real-time and is NOT stored on our servers.
• Local Storage: Your speed test history is stored locally on your device in a private database. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to use the "Share" feature.

3. Permissions Usage

• INTERNET: Required to perform speed tests and fetch ISP information.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required to identify if you are on WiFi or Cellular and to display signal strength and frequency details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use ip-api.com to provide ISP and IP geolocation data. No PII is sent to this service; only your public IP address is processed to return your general region (City/Country) and ISP name.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect any data and is safe for use by all age groups.
